Kennyhertz Perry is a highly recognized Kansas City-based business and litigation law firm representing clients in various industries. Founding partners, experienced Kansas City lawyers, John Kennyhertz and Braden Perry, have built a firm that provides a unique mix of top law firm quality expertise, practical experience, and pragmatic solutions. When the firm was established in 2013, John and Braden shared a small office in Prairie Village with only a few clients. However, over the past eight years, the firm has grown to 10 attorneys and numerous clients operating in almost 10,000 square feet of space in two states. Despite the past year's challenges, Kennyhertz Perry has continued to grow with experienced attorneys and evolve in its practice areas to better serve clients. Former CFTC trial attorney and co-founder Braden Perry joined the National Introducing Brokers Association (NIBA) advisory board to stay connected in the futures industry. As a sponsor of this organization, the NIBA has helped the firm in numerous ways, from exposure to potential clients and search engine optimization to increased visibility and networking opportunities. Kennyhertz Perry advises clients on a wide range of commodities and derivatives regulatory matters, as well as government investigations. The firm maintains the experience, skill, and required knowledge to help navigate the legal system and to confidently provide expertise to the unique issues presented by each matter they handle. www.kennyhertzperry.com
